SJI Philanthropic Fund - Christ's College Scholarship
To mark the 165th anniversary of St Joseph’s Institution’s founding in 1852, in July 2017, SJI Philanthropic Fund established the SJI Philanthropic Fund - Christ’s College Cambridge Scholarship Programme to award up to 2 scholarships to students from St. Joseph’s Institution and/or St. Joseph’s Institution International (the “SJI Schools”) per annum to pursue a full-time undergraduate degree at Christ’s College, in eligible courses available at the University of Cambridge. Particular courses are eligible for funding up to the postgraduate level.
Through the Scholarships, SJI Philanthropic Fund aims to assist exceptional individuals with drive and passion in realizing their full potential.
In selecting the Scholarship recipients, the Selection Committee will rely on a number of criteria, which include intellectual ability, engagements and achievements in areas of talent, leadership potential, involvement in community affairs, ability to fit in with the planned programme at Christ’s College as well as the number of years spent studying at selected SJI-affiliated schools.
The application for SJI Philanthropic Fund‐Christ’s College Cambridge Scholarship will open from 15 October 2023 to 15 December 2023.
